We're ready for that.
The contents of the board are archived in several places, so no material would be lost.
If this stops working, we've got places to go. For example scoxe.com or groklaw.
We have media contacts, so we can generate plenty of bad publicity for SCOX.
Most importantly, if individuals were banned, it would reinvigorate the group. Lately we've spent a fair amount of time in troll land, because SCOX is not producing much news. If SCOX took an offensive action, the defensive reaction would refocus us in ways that SCOX would not like.
