Who is worthy, and who falls short of the BGLE's high standards, the contingent factors of which remain a mystery?: PJ, founder of Groklaw - nope Daniel Ravicher, founder of pubpat, OSRM patent counsel, pro bono FSF legal counsel - nope Bruce Perens, founder of OSI, OSRM board member - nope Professor Eben Moglen, director, pubpat, pro bono FSF legal counsel - nope Jeff Causey, CFO of Alamance County (100% Microsoft), founder of "ip-wars" - yep Dan Lyons of Forbes (for trying to smear Ravicher) - yep Themselves - They are beyond reproach Me - not bloody likely, but I'm apparently in good company.
