Wow. Here we effin go again.
Just read that some genius here thinks freecode "is in it for the money", because he mentioned the bounty *SCO offered* to catch the perp. Hello? Engage your brain: if you've been paying attention, then you'd know that *he knows*, yet the bounty is *unpaid*. Why would they (SCO) not want to ackowledge something? Could it *incriminate* them? *GAWD*!!! Is this thing on?
Secondly, what motivated Al to put up his freakin' GL mirror? Respect for PJ's work? HAHAHA! That's rich!
Heck, Al was here calling *freecode* an "idiot" very recently. I guess freecode must have inadvertantly threatened someone's *thunder* in the pantheon of *micro celebrity* that drives most of these histrionics.
Finally, what was *PJ* thinking dragging this hoary issue out of the mothballs? We all argued and dissected and pontificated and ranted like our Goddamn lives depended on it over this to a freakin' *standstill* years ago.
From where I sit, both PJ and Al have displayed stupefying arrogance and an abysmal lack of tact, both in the name of furthering their own personal agendas with nary a thought as to the big picture except for how prominently they appear in it.
Most everyone posting to here or GL want to see SCOX go down in flames and Wallace's retarded suits reach their inevitable place in the round file.
With the ability to participate in something that has drawn such intense interest, the potential for *infamy* and *celebrity* has transformed otherwise sane people into *retards*.
It is *gratifying* to get a whack of recs for a well crafted post. It is *gratifying* to know that there is a group of like minded people out there that one can relate to in these forums who might recognize your genius and foist you on their shoulders.
If that gratification becomes a priority over mutual respect, we get *acrimony* from *retards*.
