I must say that I am agog at the incredible leaps of logic being employed to rationalize the idea that Al Petrofsky is some kind of SCO double agent, and was responsible for the "outsourced" content on osgram.com.
So he was part of the Grokwars, on the "con" side. Would Darl have approved? Probably. Does that make Al pro SCO? Nope. These things are mutually exclusive. For the slow, this means that being "anti-Groklaw" does *not* somehow make someone "pro SCO".
Yes, Darl hates Groklaw, and likely found the Grokwars delightful, yet there are a lot of people around here who were on the "con" side of the Grokwars. Are they *all* SCO double agents?
I personally mocked and derided Al during those dark days, yet it never occured to me that he was working for Darl (although I might have joked as much).
As far as I'm concerned, osgram was just a ridiculous troll, and this inane speculation is proof of its success.
Whoever was responsible has probably had multiple hernias watching the ants scurry around for the last few days, and this whole Al thing must be like a second Xmas for them.
