This seems like just the sort of bullshit move I
would expect by PJ: "Gabriel asked me to remove
some selected material, therefore I have killed
the whole site and its his fault. Go get him."

Thurston only asked that you remove his own
worthless posts. Even if he hadn't already
retracted the request, there would be no reason to
act like your only options are:

1. Fund an expensive legal defense.

or

2. Remove all the messages from the site.

All Thurston ever requested was something much,
much less onerous.
